CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli or fresh
2 c. sliced cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
Serve over rice

Cook broccoli; drain. Arrange in 9x13 baking dish, layer chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves over rice or as a main dish.
