APPLE-MAPLE GLAZE 
2 c. apple juice
1 c. sugar free maple syrup
1/4 c. dried apricots

Combine ingredients, bring to a boil in a 2 quart pan and continue to boil 30 minutes. Turn the heat down and cook until glaze is the thickness you need. If you want a thicker glaze, add a little unflavored gelatin to hot mixture.
