LEG OF LAMB | |
4 cloves garlic, cut into slices Ginger root, cut into slices MARINADE: 1/3 c. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. honey 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary 1/2 tsp. thyme 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. soy sauce Cut slits in meat and poke in the garlic and ginger pieces. Mix marinate and brush over meat. Baste as needed while meat is cooking. Preheat oven to 450 degree and cook lamb for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook 12 minutes per pound. |
