BEEF ROLLS FRANCISCO 
1 1/2 lb. cube steak
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/3 c. cheese cubes (about 1/2" cubes) Monterey Jack or mozzarella
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. mace
2 tbsp. oil
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
Flour, salt & pepper

Mix cheeses, egg and seasonings in small bowl. Spoon some of this mixture across each steak. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Dredge with seasoned flour. Brown in 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet. Add can of tomatoes; cover and simmer 35-40 minutes or until tender.
