PESTO - FILLED BRIE 
1 lb. wedge Brie
1 clove garlic, chopped very finely
1/4 dried basil
2 tbsp. olive oil, or unsweetened butter
Dash of lemon juice
Sprinkle ground black pepper
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Split the wedge of Brie horizontally. In a bowl, mix the garlic, dried basil, olive oil (or butter), lemon juice and black pepper. Mix into a paste. Add chopped walnuts. Spread paste on lower half of split brie. Cover with other half. Serve with crackers.
