POPPYSEED BUNDT CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. poppy seeds 1/2 c. vegetable oil Combine cake and pudding mix in a large bowl. Add other ingredients and beat until well blended, light, and fluffy (3 to 5 minutes). Pour into a well- buttered bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven while it is slightly underdone; it will finish baking as the pan cools. |
