3 oz. Roquefort cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Lawry salt
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 pt. commercial sour cream

Mash cheese and add other ingredients in order. Beat well and refrigerate. More Roquefort cheese may be added, if desired.
