1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. crumbled Roquefort cheese
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix mayonnaise, cheese and garlic in a bowl; bits of cheese should remain. Add milk, salt and pepper.
