ELAINE'S ROQUEFORT DRESSING 
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 to 4 oz. Roquefort, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. galric powder
2 shakes paprika
2 lg. shakes grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. milk

Mix well. Chill several hours or overnight, until flavors have blended.
