BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli (cuts) Cook as directed on package until tender. Place in casserole and add 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes. Cover with a roll Ritz crackers, crushed and 1/2 stick butter cut in thin slices so it covers the crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until crackers are golden brown. |
