BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked quick rice
1 jar (4 oz.) processed cheese spread

Melt butter, saute celery and onion. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into large casserole or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
