CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 lb. fresh cranberries, washed & cleaned
2 med. size red apples
1 orange with seeds & inner core removed & also cut off blossom end & bottom end
1 c. water
1 c. sugar

1. Run above fruit through a grinder.

2. Put in saucepan with 1 cup water and 2 cups sugar.

3. Cook over low heat until thick.

4. Pour into glass serving bowl.

5. Refrigerate well.

6. Serve with turkey, chicken or duck.
