CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple (crushed or chunk), drained and reserved
1 pkg. blackberry gelatin (3 oz.)
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Simmer berries and sugar in liquid until berries pop. Add gelatin mix, stir. Let cool. Add pineapple and walnuts, stir together. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
