1 c. egg noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
Cooked in 1 tbsp. butter until tender
4-5 hotdogs, sliced (reserve few for garnish)
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs mixed with 1 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter pie plate. Mix all but last 2 ingredients. Spread in pie plate. Top with cornflakes mixture. Bake 20 minutes. Top. Bake 5 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes. Easy to prepare. Children enjoy this casserole.
