SAUSAGE CAKE 
1 lb. fresh sausage, uncooked
1 lb. raisins, cooked
1 c. water (off of raisins)
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix ingredients. Add 1 cup nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
