GRILLED TOMATO CHICKEN 
3 1/2 lb. cut up chicken (fryer)
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. ketchup
2 cloves pressed garlic

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Mix ketchup, lemon juice, garlic and herbs. Brush on chicken and grill. Baste every few minutes and cook until done.
