CAULIFLOWER HAM BAKE 
1 med. head or 2 boxes frozen cauliflower
2 c. cubed ham, cooked
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
4 oz. cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. fine bread crumbs

Cook cauliflower in salted water and drain. Combine with ham and mushrooms. Melt butter, stir in flour, then add milk all at once. Stir until thickened. Add cheese and sour cream. Stir until cheese melts. Then add ham and mushrooms. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and thoroughly warmed.
