CAULIFLOWER WALNUT BAKE 
1 med. cauliflower, broken in pieces
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. coarsely, chopped walnuts
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Cook cauliflower until tender; drain. Mix sour cream, cheese, flour, bouillon and mustard. Place cauliflower in a casserole dish and spoon cheese mixture on top and into cauliflower. Mix walnuts, bread crumbs, butter and onion salt. Sprinkle over top. Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees, for 20 minutes. 6 servings.
