BARBEQUED SAUERKRAUT 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. brown sugar

Brown the onion and beef in skillet. Drain off excess fat. Combine kraut, tomato juice and sugar. Combine kraut mixture and beef and put in baking dish. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for about an hour.
