BAR-B-Q SAUERKRAUT | |
1 lb. sauerkraut, drained 1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce (or spaghetti sauce) 1/2 c. tomato juice (or 1/2 cup tomato soup) 1 c. brown sugar Brown beef and onion in skillet. Drain. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
