PEACHES AND CREAM PIE 
4 tbsp. Grand Marnier or other liqueur (optional)
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. peeled and sliced fresh peaches plus peeled and sliced fresh peach for garnish
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 c. peach yogurt
8 oz. whipping cream

Sprinkle liqueur, if used, and 1/4 cup sugar over the 2 cups of sliced peaches. Stir and let fruit marinate at room temperature for four hours. Bake and cool pie crust.

Add yogurt to marinated peaches. Beat whipping cream with remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff. Fold whipping cream in with peach-yogurt mixture. Spoon entire mixture into cooked and cooled crust and freeze. Remove from freezer at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with remaining one sliced fresh peach. Serves 8.
