PEACHES AND CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 sm. box vanilla pudding (not instant) uncooked
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 lg. can peach pie filling
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3-4 tbsp. peach juice mixed with water

Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9x10 inch deep pie pan. Place peaches over batter. Beat cream cheese, sugar, water/juice until smooth and spread over peaches. Sprinkle top with cinnamon/sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
