SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach or amount desired for your salad
fresh bean sprouts or 1 can of canned
6 to 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
sliced onion to taste (I usually use red onion)

Mix together. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.

Dressing:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar

Shake well. Use at room temperature.
