RICE SOUP WITH RIVELS 
Cook a piece of beef, let cook and cut into small pieces. Cook 1 cup rice.

RIVELS:

Put 1/2 cup flour in bowl. Add egg and stir with fork until you have small pieces of dough or rivels. Add rice, rivels and beef to broth and cook for about 20 minutes or until rivels are cooked.
