HAM PIE | |
Pastry for 1 pie crust 3/4 c. chopped leftover ham (boiled or baked ham) 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese Line 8 or 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish with pastry. Spread layers of ham, eggs, onions, and pepper in order listed. Mix 3 or 4 tablespoon of water (or chicken stock, or chicken bouillon) with the cream of mushroom soup. Pour evenly over the top of pie. Sprinkle grated cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly, and pastry is browned. Serves 3 or 4. |
