FRUIT PIZZA 
18 oz. roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Fresh fruit in season (bananas, strawberries, grapes, peaches, pineapple, kiwi, etc.)
Nuts, optional

Slice cookie dough in 1/8 inch slices and line a slightly greased 10 inch pizza pan with 14 cookies. Pinch them together to form a pizza shapes crust and bake in a 375 degree oven about 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract; spread on cooled crust. Arrange fruit in circular rows on cream cheese. Slice into wedges and serve. Serves 10-12.
