BAKED LASAGNA 
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
1/2 lb. of Italian sausage
1 1/2 c. of cubed Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
4 oz. cooked spinach chopped fine
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. cooked lasagna noodles

Cut sausage into small pieces and boil for 15 minutes. Mix the Ricotta cheese with the spinach, egg, and spices until smooth. Pour 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of baking pan and cover with cooked lasagna - a layer of Ricotta, Mozzarella and some sausage.

Repeat the above process until all ingredients are gone. For your top layer use more sauce and the grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Take out of oven, let it cool and serve. The sausage may be substituted for the hamburger or you can omit the meat totally.
