HAM EMPANDAS | |
FILLING: 1 c. ground cooked ham (or any other meat) 1 onion, chopped 1 (4 oz.) can chilies, drained and chopped 1/4 c. sour cream PASTRY: 1 c. sifted flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. sour cream Combine filling ingredients. Roll out pastry 1/8 inch thick - cut 4 inch rounds. Put 1 tablespoon filling on each. Moisten edges and fold in half and seal. Place on cookie sheet and prick tops. (Can be frozen at this point). Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 18. |
