PASTA AND MOZZARELLA SALAD 
12 oz. corkscrew macaroni
1 recipe of Parmesan dressing
10 oz. torn spinach
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
8 oz. ham, chopped
4 oz. can diced green chili peppers, drained
Parmesan cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Toss macaroni with dressing; add remaining ingredients. Cover; chill. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese over salad. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

PARMESAN DRESSING:

1 egg
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 clove of garlic, minced
