LIGHT POTATO SALAD | |
3/4 lb. potatoes 1/2 c. reduced calorie salad dressing 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. celery 1/8 tsp. pepper Salt to taste 1/2 c. sweet relish 1/2 c. onion 1 tbsp. mustard 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained Boil potatoes until tender (or microwave). Drain and cool. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir well and pour over potatoes. Toss gently. Chill. |
