LIGHT SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. Jello (red or orange)
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (regular)
2 c. water
1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. chunk pineapple, drained
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix Jello, vanilla pudding and water. Cook over medium heat until it thickens. Cool; add oranges, pineapple and fold in Cool Whip. Chill.
