LIGHT CORN SALAD | |
2 reg. cans whole kernel corn 1 sm. bell pepper 1 sm. onion 1 sm. cucumber 2 tbsp. Weight Watcher's mayonnaise 1 tbsp. chopped pimientos Drain corn. Set aside. Chop bell pepper, onion, and cucumber. Mix all ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator about 2 hours before serving. |
