CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
2 chicken breasts, cooked in water and shredded
1 lg. head lettuce, rinsed and refrigerated

DRESSING:

1 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 to 3 green onions, sliced
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Japanese rice vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Mix dressing together; toss just before serving, then add chow mein noodles.
