BOILED MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. hamburg, ground 1/2 lb. pork, ground 1 egg 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sugar Pepper 1/2 c. milk Mix well and in 1 quart of boiling water add balls the size of baseballs and simmer 10 to 12 minutes. SAUCE: 2 egg yolks 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. pepper Mix 1/2 water and add to meatballs. Remove from fire and add mixed above to make sauce. |
