PEACH PIE 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. peach Jello
Pinch of salt
6 peaches
1 pie shell

Cook cornstarch, sugar and water until clear. Add the Jello; stir mixture until cool. Sliced peaches in to mixture and refrigerate. Put in pie shell, served with ice cream or without.
