CHEESE CAKE II 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
3 oz. soft butter
1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Then add butter and sour cream. Blend well. Add cornstarch. Be sure to mix well. Add lemon and vanilla. After all the ingredients are blended together, beat 5 minutes. Then pour into well greased 10 inch spring-form pan which has been wrapped on the outside in tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let cake cool 1 hour before removing.
