CHEESE AND ONION FRENCH BREAD | |
1 loaf French bread 1 lb. Swiss cheese 1/2 c. thinly sliced onions 2 sticks butter Garlic salt 1 tsp. poppy seeds 1 tsp. lemon juice Slice bread diagonally. Place on foil. Slice cheese and put in between slices of bread. In pan, melt butter, garlic salt, onions, poppy seeds and lemon juice. Pour over top of bread. Bake 350 degrees until cheese melts. (Leave tin foil open at top of bread.) |
