CREAM PUFFS 
PASTRY:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

FILLING:

1 sm. pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding
1 pt. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix pastry ingredients together. Drop by tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees then 30 minutes at 350 degrees and put in oven turned off to dry inside. Beat filling ingredients until stiff. Fill pastry. Enjoy!
