TOSTADA PIE 
LAYER 1:

1 can refried beans
1 can chilies, chopped

Mix refried beans and chilies. Spread on 12 inch round plate.

LAYER 2:

2 mashed avocados, peeled
1 tbsp. lemon juice

LAYER 3:

1 tbsp. sour cream
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning

LAYER 4:

1/2 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

LAYER 5:

1/2 green pepper, chopped

LAYER 6:

3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped

LAYER 7:

1 can pitted ripe olives (slice some and leave some whole)

Garnish with sour cream and whole olives. Serve with large tortilla chips.

HINT: Instead of cooking prunes, fill a quart jar 2/3 full of packaged prunes. Fill the jar with boiling water and put cap on. When cool, set in the refrigerator. They are nice and plump and healthful. No sugar, no salt, no wrinkles.
