3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. cold water

Cut in shortening and mix together the first 3 ingredients. Mix the rest just until egg is liquid. Combine the 2 set of ingredients. Makes mix for 5 single crusts.
