YEAST ROLLS 
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast

Stir until dissolved. Add:

1 egg
1/4 c. oil

Mix 6-7 cups sifted flour, one cup at a time. Mix dough thoroughly. Grease large bowl, place ball of dough in bowl. Grease top of dough; cover with light dish cloth. Let rise in a warm area. Punch down and knead dough until smooth and elastic. Pinch off small balls of dough, place in rows on greased baking sheet. Let rolls rise until double in size. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
