1 lb. butter 2 c. white sugar 4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 2 c. quick oatmeal, uncooked 2 c. packed brown sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp. baking powder 2 c. crushed Corn Flakes 2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Melt butter and cool to lukewarm. Add sugars and mix well. Add remaining ingredients in order given, stirring after each addition. Use an ice cream scoop to measure amount of cookie dough for each cookie. Place 6 scoops only for each cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes. 4 to 5 dozen cookies. |
