3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. chopped bananas
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together until moist (mix with a fork). Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake one hour and 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove and cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 box 10X sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together alternately with enough milk to make frosting smooth.
