HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts
2 diced bananas
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon. Beat eggs together with sugar. Add oil, pineapple, bananas, vanilla and walnuts. Combine well but do not beat. Grease and flour pan. Cook at 350 degrees, 30 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Combine ingredients and frost Hummingbird Cake when cooled.
