MUSHROOM AND CELERY STUFFING 
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced thin
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. butter
7 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 tsp. pepper

In large skillet, saute mushrooms, celery and onion in butter until mushrooms are tender. Toss with bread, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Stuff or bake in greased covered baking dish at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
