TRUFFLES IN COOKIE CUPS 
1 pkg. store-bought sugar cookies.
1 pkg. store-bought truffles (remove any wrapping)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Use a nonstick mini-muffin pan or mini-muffin paper to line each muffin cup.

Press one cookie into muffin cup or liner in order to cover both bottom and sides. Bake at 350°F for about 10 to 15 minutes until just brown around edges.

Lightly press a truffle in center of each mini-muffin cup while still warm from oven. Let cool on rack for 10 to 15 minutes.

Turn pan over to remove filled muffins.
