WHITE CHRISTMAS CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. Soft As Silk Flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. candied fruit
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream first 4 ingredients. Add eggs one at a time adding 2 cups flour with baking powder. Combine 1/2 cup flour with fruit and nuts. Fold into batter.

Grease and flour 6 small 1 pound loaf pans. Sprinkle with additional nuts if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes - test.
