WHIPPING CREAM POUND CAKE | |
3 sticks butter 3 c. sugar 6 eggs 3 c. cake flour 1/2 pt. whipping cream (do not whip) 2 tsp. vanilla Make sure all ingredients are room temperature. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add flour and whipping cream alternately to first mixture. Bat well. Add vanilla and mix well. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Put in a cold oven and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
