WHIP CREAM POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter, soft
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. cake flour, sifted
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each one. Add flour; mix well. Add vanilla and whipping cream. Pour into a greased tube.

Place into cold oven, turn oven to 300 degrees and bake 1 hour and 25 minutes. Cool in pan about 10 minutes before removing. Cool cake completely before storing. Note: A good cake to freeze.
