1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
3 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed

Mix pudding and milk in large bowl with electric beater on low speed for 1 minute. Add whipped topping and mix thoroughly with beater. Garnish cool cake with frosting.
